RESOLUTION NO. 2000-552
AGREEMENT FOR JOINT USAGE
SANITARY SEWER AND WATER FACILITIES
CITY OF PLYMOUTH AND CITY OF MEDINA
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth requested that the City of Medina allow 19045 Hamel
Road located within the City of Plymouth to connect to the Medina sewer and water system;
and
WHEREAS, an agreement has been prepared incorporating the terms and conditions as
established by each City Council; and
WHEREAS, the agreement is recommended for approval to the Plymouth City Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the Mayor and City Manager are authorized
to execute the agreement for joint usage of sanitary sewer and water facilities on behalf of
the City of Plymouth for the property at 19045 Hamel Road.
FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED: That the agreement is not effective until approved by the
Medina City Council.
