Home My WebLink AboutCity Council Resolution 2010-025CITY OF PLYMOUTH RESOLUTION No. 2010-025 A RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE PAYMENT 2010 MEMBERSHIP DUES BASSETT CREEK WATERSHED MANAGEMENT COMMISSION ELM CREEK WATERSHED MANAGEMENT COMMISSION SHINGLE CREEK WATERSHED MANAGEMENT COMMISSION WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth is party to a joint powers agreement with the Bassett Creek, Elm Creek, and Shingle Creek Watershed Management Commissions; and WHEREAS, the Watershed commission membership dues were included in the 2010 Budget as approved by the City Council; and WHEREAS, financing will come from the Water Resources Fund in the amount of $188,453.00 for the Bassett Creek Watershed Management Commission, $10,875.52 for the Elm Creek Watershed Management Commission, and $44,115.00 for the Shingle Creek Watershed Management Commission. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: 1. The City Council authorizes payment of membership dues for the Bassett Creek, Elm Creek, and Shingle Creek Watershed Management Commissions totaling $243,443.52. APPROVED THIS 12TH DAY OF JANUARY, 2010.
