RESOLUTION No. 2010-024
A RESOLUTION TO APPROVE ADOPTION OF
A POLICY FOR THE TRANSIT SPECIAL REVENUE FUND 203
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth as Plymouth Metrolink provides transit
services pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Section 473.388; and
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth understands it has a responsibility to maintain
prudent financial operations to ensure stable transit operations for the benefit of city
residents and businesses; and
WHEREAS, the Office of the Minnesota State Auditor recommends an
unreserved fund balance of no less than five months operating expenses; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that it is in the best interests of the
City to adopt a resolution adopting a policy for the Transit Special Revenue Fund 203;
and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA
That the City hereby adopts this resolution adopting this Policy for the Transit
Special Revenue Fund 2031.
