TO ALLOW WAREHOUSES WITH LIMITED DISTRIBUTION CENTER CHARACTERISTICS AS PERMITTED USES IN BUILDING 7, PLYMOUTH PONDS PUD, LOCATED 17300 MEDINA ROAD. (20140) WHEREAS, Moen Leuer Construction, Inc. has requested approval of a PUD general plan amendment for property legally described as follows: Lot 3, Block 1, Plymouth Ponds Business Park Third Addition, Hennepin County, Minnesota. WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called public hearing and recommends approval. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request by Moen Leuer Construction, Inc. for a PUD general plan amendment to allow warehouses with limited distribution center characteristics as permitted uses in Building 7, subject to the following conditions: 1. The use of Building 7 for warehouses with distribution center characteristics is limited to those businesses which generate no more than an average of 10 semi -trucks accessing the property per day. 2. The building shall be constructed and the site maintained in accordance with all approved standards and conditions of the PUD general plan, except as amended by the resolution.
