RESOLUTION NO. 2000-525
CLARIFYING ACCEPTANCE OF PROPOSAL
ONE CURRENT MODEL 100 FT.
AERIAL PLATFORM/PUMPER TRUCK
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 2000-501, adopted by the City Council on October 10, 2000,
the City awarded a contract for the purchase of a 100 ft. aerial platform/pumper fire truck;
and
WHEREAS, the resolution stated that the award was to Clarey's Safety Equipment Inc.; and
WHEREAS, the actual proposal for this equipment was from Pierce Manufacturing Inc.
submitted by their sales representative, Clarey's Safety Equipment Inc.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the acceptance of the proposal for the 100 ft.
aerial platform/pumper fire truck is from Pierce Manufacturing Inc. in accordance with the
proposal submitted by their sales representative, Clarey's Safety Equipment Inc.
Adopted by the City Council on October 24, 2000.
