RESOLUTION NO. 2000-518
APPROVING AUDIT SERVICES FOR 2000, 2001 AND 2002
WHEREAS, the City charter, State statutes and federal regulations require an annual audit of the
City's financial records; and
WHEREAS, the firm of Deloitte & Touche LLP has provided good audit services in the past;
and
WHEREAS, the City has received a proposal from Deloitte & Touche LLP to provide audit
services to the City for the years 2000, 2001 and 2002 for $34,600, $36,150 and $37,600
respectively.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the firm of Deloitte & Touche LLP is hereby
approved to perform audit services for the City for the years 2000, 2001 and 2002 for the fees of
$34,600, $36,150 and $37,600 respectively.
Adopted by the City Council October 24, 2000.
