RESOLUTION NO. 2000-510
APPROVING ON -SALE WINE LIQUOR
AND 3.2 LIQUOR LICENSES
FOR HUNAN BUFFET, INC.
WHEREAS, the City has received applications for an on -sale 3.2 malt liquor and wine licenses
from Savan Krouch d/b/a Hunan Buffet Restaurant, and
WHEREAS, the applicant has paid all fees and provided all required insurance certificates, and
WHEREAS, an investigation of the applicant by the Plymouth Police Department resulted in no
recommendation for denial of the licenses; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing was conducted and the City Council finds no reason to deny the
licenses.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth that an
on -sale wine and 3.2 liquor licenses are hereby approved for Savan Krouch d/b/a Hunan Buffet
Restaurant, 10820 Highway #55, for the period through January 31, 2001.
