RESOLUTION NO. 2000-498
AUTHORIZE THE INSTALLATION OF "NO PARKING" SIGNS ON
COUNTY ROAD 101 BETWEEN
30TH AVENUE AND STATE HWY 55
CITY PROJECT NO. 9005
HENNEPIN COUNTY PROJECT NO. 8911
WHEREAS, Hennepin County will undertake the improvement of County Road 101 between
30th Avenue and State Hwy 55; and
WHEREAS, it is a requirement of the Office of State Aid that parking be restricted on County
Road 101 between 30th Avenue and State Hwy 55;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the Director of Public Works is hereby authorized to
install "No Parking" signs on both sides of County Road 101 between 30th Avenue and State
Hwy 5 5.
Adopted by the City Council on October 10, 2000.
