RESOLUTION NO. 2000-496
ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE VACATION OF PART OF
THE DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENTS WITHIN
LOTS 2 AND 3, BLOCK 1
KEYWAY FIRST ADDITION
WHEREAS, pursuant to M.S.A. 412.851 and the City Charter Section 12.06, Duane Stegora and
Valeri Nossov have petitioned the City Council for the vacation of the following drainage and
utility easements:
The east 10 feet of Lot 2, Block 1, Keyway First Addition, according to the recorded
plat thereof, except the north 10 feet and the south 10 feet thereof.
The west 10 feet of Lot 3, Block 1, Keyway First Addition, according to the recorded plat
thereof, except the north 10 feet and the south 10 feet thereof.
AND WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said request and found the same to be in order;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That it should, and hereby does, establish the date of November
14, 2000 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Plymouth City Center, 3400 Plymouth Boulevard,
as the time and place for the public hearing of said petition and directs the administrative staff to
publish notice of said hearing as provided by law.
Adopted by the City Council on October 10, 2000.
