APPOINTING DATA PRACTICES
COMPLIANCE OFFICIAL
WHEREAS, Minnesota Statutes, Section 13.05 Subd. 13 requires that the City appoint an
employee to act as its Data Practices Compliance Officer to receive questions or concerns
regarding problems in obtaining access to data or other data practices problems within the City.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Plymouth City Council that Laurie Ahrens is
appointed as the Data Practices Compliance Officer.
Adopted by the Plymouth City Council on October 10, 2000.
