FOR TWO PROPERTIES LOCATED NORTHWEST OF 36TH AVENUE AND PLYMOUTH BOULEVARD (20145) WHEREAS, an application has been filed by Quest Development, Inc. which requests approval of a lot division and lot consolidation to divide and consolidate two parcels of land located in Plymouth City Center, as legally described on Attachment One, attached hereto and hereby made a part hereof, and WHEREAS, the proposed lot arrangement for which the lot division and lot consolidation is sought is as legally described on Attachment Two, attached hereto and hereby made a part hereof, and WHEREAS, the City Council has fully considered the request for the lot division/lot consolidation. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the lot division/lot consolidation for Quest Development, Inc. subject to the following conditions: 1. This Resolution approves a lot division/lot consolidation for two properties located northwest of 36th Avenue and Plymouth Boulevard, in accordance with the Plans received by the City on September 14, 2000. 2. Compliance with all the conditions of approval listed in the August 29, 2000 administrative approval letter for the Phase I site. ADOPTED by the City Council on October 10, 2000. The undersigned, being the duly qualified and appointed City Clerk of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, certifies that I compared the foregoing resolution adopted at a meeting of the Plymouth City Council on October 10, 2000 with the original thereof on file in my office, and the same is a correct transcription thereof. PARCEL B The east 253 feet of Lot 4, Block 2, Plymouth Hills, according to the recorded plat thereof, Hennepin County, Minnesota. Note: The parcel designations used herein are for convenience only and do not represent an integral part of the legal descriptions. Resolution 2000-486 (20145) Page 4 of 4 ATTACHMENT TWO (PROPOSED LEGAL DESCRIPTIONS) PARCEL A That part of Lot 4, Block 2, Plymouth Hills, according to the recorded plat thereof, Hennepin County, Minnesota, lying westerly, southerly and westerly of the following described line: Commencing at the northeast corner of said Lot 4; thence on an assumed bearing of North 89 degrees 25 minutes 58 seconds west, along the north line of said Lot 4, a distance of 253.00 feet to the point of beginning of the line to be described; thence south 00 degrees 34 minutes 02 seconds west a distance of 185.00 feet; thence south 89 degrees 25 minutes 58 seconds east a distance of 20.00 feet; thence south 00 degrees 34 minutes 02 seconds west a distance of 160.00 feet to the south line of Lot 4, and said line there terminating.
