HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 2000-485CITY OF PLYMOUTH RESOLUTION 2000-485 APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT AMENDMENT FOR CARLSON AND HARRINGTON REPRESENTING SPRINT PCS TO ALLOW THE PLACEMENT OF ROOF -MOUNTED ANTENNAS AND RELATED GROUND EQUIPMENT AT THE WELLINGTON APPARTMENTS, 17210 COUNTY ROAD 6 (20127) WHEREAS, Carlson and Harrington representing Sprint PCS has requested approval of a conditional use permit to locate 12 roof -mounted panel antennas and related ground equipment at the building located on the following described property: Commencing at a point in the centerline of County Road 6 a distance of 100.48 feet westerly from its intersection with the east line of the west '/z of the southwest 1/4 thence north parallel with said east line a distance of 326.85 feet thence west at right angles to the centerline of said County Road 6 thence easterly along said Road to point of beginning. All in Section 29, Township 118, Range 22, Hennepin County, Minnesota. WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called Public Hearing and recommends approval. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request by Carlson and Harrington representing Sprint PCS for a conditional use permit at 17210 County Road 6, subject to the following conditions: 1. This approval is for a conditional use permit for 12 roof -mounted panel antennas and related equipment pursuant to the application dated August 9, 2000. 2. The project requires applicable building permits prior to placement of the antenna and equipment. Resolution 20127-485 Page 2 3. The applicant shall obtain all necessary local, state, and federal approvals and permits, and such approvals and permits are not abrogated by the issuance of the conditional use permit. 4. Standard Conditions: a) The permit is subject to all applicable codes, regulations and ordinances, and violation thereof shall be grounds for revocation. b) Any subsequent phases or expansions are subject to required reviews and approvals per ordinance provisions. c) The conditional use permit amendment approval shall expire one year from the date of approval, unless the project is substantially completed or an extension is applied for and granted, as regulated under Section 21015.07 of the Zoning Ordinance.
