RESOLUTION NO. 2000-477
ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF
PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
HOLLY LANE STREET AND UTILITIES
CITY PROJECT NO. 9024
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 2000-207 of the City Council adopted the l I'h day of April
2000, fixed a date for a public hearing with respect to the improvements to Holly Lane;
and
WHEREAS, the proposed project includes the installation of a 32 -foot wide 9 -ton
bituminous street with concrete curb and gutter, an 8 -foot wide trail, storm sewer, sanitary
sewer, and watermain, and all necessary appurtenances; and
WHEREAS, ten days published notice of the hearing through two weekly publications of
the required notice was given and the hearing was held thereon the 23rd day of May, 2000,
at which time all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard
thereon; and
WHEREAS, the public hearing was closed without any action taken.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution
adopted April 11, 2000, except revising the street and storm sewer portion
to only improve Holly Lane from the south property line of the Hollydale
Golf Course to Old Rockford Road at a width of 28 feet.
2. Howard R. Green Company is designated as engineer for the improvement.
They shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of such
improvement.
Adopted by the City Council on September 26, 2000.
