RESOLUTION NO. 2000-476
APPROVING FINAL DESIGN PLANS
COUNTY ROAD 101, 30TH AVENUE TO HIGHWAY 55
CITY PROJECT NO. 9005
WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution passed by the Council on October 19, 1999
approving the preliminary layout for improvements to County Road 101, the Hennepin
County Department of Public Works has prepared final plans for the construction of
County Road 101 and has presented them to the City for approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that such plans, County Project No. 8911,
are hereby approved.
FURTHER, that prior to the City Council considering the Construction Cooperative
Agreement, a notice of this consideration be sent to area property owners a minimum of
14 days prior to the meeting.
