APPROVING CONVEYANCE OF EASEMENT TO HENNEPIN COUNTY
NORTHWEST BOULEVARD (COUNTY ROAD 61)
COUNTY PROJECT NO. 8544
CITY PROJECT NO. 9004
WHEREAS, Hennepin County must show the right to use for trail construction and drainage two
parcels currently owned by the City of Plymouth in order to meet Federal Aid requirements; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor and City Manager are required to sign easement documents conveying
these rights to Outlot A Bass Lake Estates 3rd Addition and Outlot G Bass Lake Estates Addition
to Hennepin County:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the Mayor and City Manager are authorized to sign
easement documents necessary to convey this easement on City property to Hennepin County.
Adopted by the City Council on September 26, 2000.
