RESOLUTION NO. 2000-464
WATER RESOURCES MANAGEMENT PLAN IMPLEMENTATION
WATERSHED HYDROLOGIC AND HYDRAULIC (H & H) STUDY FOR THE
2020 URBAN EXPANSION AREA
PROJECT NO. 9926
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has prepared a Water Resources Management Plan in
accordance with state law requirements and the requirements of the water management
organizations; and
WHEREAS, the Plymouth Water Resources Management Plan has identified the H & H
study of NW Plymouth as an implementation item (Elm Creek Action Plans, Table 49); and
WHEREAS, this study will provide the City with a comprehensive strategy to pro -actively
address water quality and quantity issues;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That it should and hereby does approve Bonestroo
Rosene Anderlik & Associates to conduct a Watershed Hydrologic and Hydraulic (H & H)
Study for the 2020 Urban Expansion Area including the Pomerleau and Mud Lake
watersheds.
Further that the cost shall not exceed $43,000 and be funded from the 2000 Water Resource
Budget (505-1750-7013).
Adopted by the City Council on September 26, 2000.
