HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 2000-453CITY OF PLYMOUTH RESOLUTION NO. 2000-453 ORDER PRELIMINARY ENGINEERING REPORT FOR 2001 STREET RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT CITY PROJECT NO. 1001 WHEREAS, the 2000 annual update for the Pavement Management Program made recommendations for the 2001 Street Reconstruction Project; and WHEREAS, it is necessary to undertake a Preliminary Engineering Report to determine the work required on each street in the areas recommended to be considered for the 2001 Street Reconstruction Project; WHEREAS, the western half of Maintenance District 37, located east of Dunkirk Lane to Zanzibar Lane between 26th Avenue and 30th Avenue is the recommended project area; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the City Engineer is instructed to prepare a Preliminary Engineering Report with all convenient speed advising the Council, in a preliminary way, as to whether the proposed improvements are feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in conjunction with some other improvement and the estimated cost of the improvements as recommended.
