RESOLUTION No. 2010-015
A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING SERVICES AGREEMENT
WITH BONESTROO FOR THE FOUR SEASONS WELL REHABILITATION
CITY PROJECT NO. 7114
WHEREAS, the City has an agreement for engineering services with Bonestroo for design
and constriction services for the Well No. 16 and Four Seasons Well Rehabilitation; and
WHEREAS, Bonestroo has requested an increase in the not -to -exceed agreement amount
from $188,415 to $232,250.21 due to more engineering work than originally anticipated; and
WHEREAS, the contract is based on actual time worked and reimbursable expenses.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA That the Professional Engineering Services
agreement between the City and Bonestroo for Well No. 16, City Project No. 7114 dated
October 9, 2007, be amended by increasing the amount of the not -to -exceed agreement from
$188,415 to $232,250.21.
