SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO
FILING OF RESOLUTION NO. 2000-440.
VACATING THE DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENTS AND UTILITY
AND DRAINAGE EASEMENTS FOR PONDING PURPOSES IN OUTLOT G,
ROCKFORD GLEN ADDITION
WHEREAS, the City Council has authorized the vacation of the drainage and utility and
utility and drainage easements for ponding purposes in Outlot G, Rockford Glen Addition by
Resolution No. 2000-440.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That said resolution shall not be filed until:
The final plat of Rockford Glen 4th Addition is recorded at Hennepin County.
Adopted by the City Council on September 5, 2000.
