RESOLUTION NO. 2000-439
TRANSFERRING FUNDS FROM THE ACTIVITY CENTERXIELD HOUSE
CONSTRUCTION ACCOUNT TO THE MILLENNIUM GARDEN RESERVE,
ACTIVITY CENTER REPLACEMENT RESERVE, FIELD HOUSE OPERATING
FUND AND CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FUND
WHEREAS, the construction of the Activity Center/Field House is essentially complete, and
WHEREAS, funds remain after paying for all costs of the Activity Center/Field House project,
and
WHEREAS, this is an opportune time to provide funding for the various projects and reserves
as mentioned within the Finance Director's memo of August 30, 2000.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the Finance Director is hereby authorized to
transfer funds from the Activity Center Field House Construction Account to the Millennium
Garden Reserve $100,000, to the Activity Center Replacement Reserve $100,000, to the Field
House Operating Fund $20,000, and the Capital Improvement Fund $165,000 and any additional
interest that may be earned until the closing of the Activity Center/Field House Construction
Account.
