APPROVING 2000 TOBACCO LICENSE
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth that a tobacco license is issued
for the period September 6, 2000, through December 31, 2000, for Mohammad Ismail operating
Smokies, 17405 Co. Rd. 6 pending the submittal of a certificate of insurance for workers
compensation.
Adopted by the Plymouth City Council on September 5, 2000.
