RESOLUTION No. 2010-014
A RESOLUTION TO APPROVE PAYMENT NO. 6 AND FINAL
COUNTY ROAD 9/61 EROSION REPAIR
CITY PROJECT NO. 4135
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth as owner and G.F. Jedlicki, Inc., as contractor, have entered
into an agreement for County Road 9/61 Erosion Repair, City Project No. 4135, said agreement
being approved on May 13, 2008; and
WHEREAS, the Engineer has certified his acceptance of the work and his approval of the final
request for payment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. That the original contract amount was $206,661.50. Three change orders were approved
in the amount of $1,297.70 and the value of the work to date is $209,959.25 and is
herewith approved. This project exceeds the revised contract amount by $2,000.05 or
0.9%.
2. That the work performed by the contractor for County Road 9/61 Erosion Repair and
certified to the Council by the Engineer as acceptable, being the same, is hereby released
from the contract except as to the conditions of the performance bond, any and all legal
rights of the owner, required guarantees and correction of faulty work after final
payment.
3. Request for Payment No. 6 and Final in the amount of $0.00 to G.F. Jedlicki, Inc. for
County road 9/61 Erosion Repair is hereby approved.
4. Final funding will be as follows:
Clean Water Legacy Grant (BWSR) $198,000
Three Rivers Park District 100,000
Water Resources Fund 62,176
