AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO SIGN THE
CERTIFICATE OF EXEMPTION FROM THE
WETLAND CONSERVATION ACT
QUEST DEVELOPMENT, INC. (20121)
SW 1/4 SW 1/4 Section 16, T118N, R22W
WHEREAS, Quest Development, Inc. (20121), proposes to fill up to 2000 sq. ft. of a
type 6, low quality wetland basin, and
WHEREAS, the filling of this type of wetland is exempt from the Minnesota Wetland
Conservation Act under activities that are less than 2,000 sq. ft. in wetlands type 1, 2 or 6
(De minimis, 8420.0122. Subp. 9 (3).
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the Mayor is authorized to execute the
Certificate of Exemption Form for Plymouth Plaza I.
Adopted by the City Council on September 5, 2000.
