FOR THE PROPOSED PLYMOUTH PLAZA I BUILDING, FOR PROPERTY LOCATED NORTH OF 36TH AVENUE BETWEEN VICKSBURG LANE AND PLYMOUTH BOULEVARD (20121) WHEREAS, Quest Development, Inc. has requested approval of a Fire Code variance for property legally described as the west one-half of Lot 4, Block 2, Plymouth Hills; and WHEREAS, the Fire Inspector has reviewed the request and recommends approval. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request by Quest Development, Inc. for a Fire Code variance for the Plymouth Plaza I building, subject to the following conditions: 1. The Fire Code variance waives the requirement for a fire lane on the west side of the proposed Plymouth Plaza I building, in accordance with the plans received by the City on July 21, 2000. 2. Compliance with the Fire Inspector's Memo dated August 25, 2000, attached hereto and hereby made a part hereof. ADOPTED by the City Council on September 5, 2000.
