FOR THE PROPOSED RED ROBIN RESTAURANT, FOR PROPERTY LOCATED NORTH OF HIGHWAY 55, SOUTH OF 34TH AVENUE, AND WEST OF PLYMOUTH BOULEVARD (20116) WHEREAS, TR,i Architekts, Inc. has requested approval of a Fire Code variance for property for property legally described as Lot 1, Block 1, Plymouth Hills 7th Addition, according to the recorded plat thereof, Hennepin County, Minnesota; and WHEREAS, the Fire Inspector has reviewed the request and recommends approval. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request by TR,i Architekts, Inc. for a Fire Code variance for the Red Robin Restaurant, subject to the following conditions: 1. The Fire Code variance waives the requirement for a fire lane on the west side of the proposed Red Robin Restaurant, in accordance with the plans received by the City on August 7, 2000. 2. Compliance with the Fire Inspector's Memo dated August 25, 2000, attached hereto and hereby made a part hereof. ADOPTED by the City Council on September 5, 2000.
