RESOLUTION NO. 2000-415
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO
FILING OF RESOLUTION NO. 2000-414
VACATING PART OF THE DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENTS IN
LOTS 1 AND 2, BLOCK 1, WALNUT GROVE POND ADDITION
WHEREAS, the City Council has authorized the vacation of part of the drainage and utility
easements in Lots 1 and 2, Block 1, Walnut Grove Pond Addition by Resolution No.
2000-414.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That said resolution shall not be filed until:
New drainage and utility easements are submitted to the City over the new lot
line.
Adopted by the City Council on August 22, 2000.
