SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO
FILING OF RESOLUTION NO. 2000-412
VACATING AN EASEMENT FOR STORM SEWER PURPOSES IN
OUTLOT 1, SUGAR HILLS ADDITION
WHEREAS, the City Council has authorized the vacation of an easement for storm sewer
purposes in Outlot 1, Sugar Hills Addition by Resolution No. 2000-412.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That said resolution shall not be filed until:
The final plat of Plymouth Marketplace is recorded at Hennepin County.
Adopted by the City Council on August 22, 2000.
