RESOLUTION No. 2010-011
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE BONDING GRANT CONTRACT (636993) WITH THE MN
DEPT. OF NATURAL RESOURCES, DIVISION OF FORESTRY
WHEREAS, the City applied for a MN Community Forest Bonding Grant the MN DNR
approved the Grant in the amount of $45,000 and
WHEREAS; the City has an existing Removal & Reforestation program and
WHEREAS; the City has the financial, professional & volunteer resources to successfully
complete the grant by June 30, 2011 and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the City enter into Bonding Grant
Contract (1336993) with the MN Dept. of Natural Resources, Division of Forestry in the
amount of $45,000.
