RESOLUTION 2000-405
APPROVING ENCROACHMENT AGREEMENT FOR RETAINING WALL
CONSTRUCTION AT 16230 49th Place North.
WHEREAS, Margie Axell has requested approval to execute an encroachment agreement;
and;
WHEREAS, the property is legally described as:
Lot 24, Block 1, Nanterre, and;
WHEREAS, the City finds the encroachment agreement to be in the best interest of the
homeowner, subject to the conditions stated therein, and;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the mayor and clerk are hereby
authorized to sign, on behalf of the City of Plymouth an encroachment agreement that will
allow the construction of a retaining wall at property located at 16230 49th Place North.
Adopted by the City Council on August 22, 2000.
