HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 2000-398CITY OF PLYMOUTH RESOLUTION 2000-398 APPROVING A PRELIMINARY PLAT AND FINAL PLAT FOR VALERI NOSSOV AND DUANE STEGORA FOR "STEGORA ADDITION" FOR PROPERTY LOCATED NORTHEAST OF SOUTH SHORE DRIVE AND 11TH AVENUE (20098) WHEREAS, Valeri Nossov and Duane Stegora have requested approval of a preliminary plat and final plat for Stegora Addition, containing four lots for property legally described as follows: Lots 2 and 3, Block 1, Keyway First Addition, Hennepin County, Minnesota. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the preliminary plat and final plat for Stegora Addition; and, FURTHER, that the following conditions be met prior to recording of, and related to said plat: 1. This preliminary plat and final plat is for four lots, in accordance with the plans received by the City on June 15, 2000, except as amended by this resolution. 2. Prior to filing the final plat, the applicant shall pay the Park Dedication fees in effect at the time of filing the final plat. 3. Compliance with the City's tree preservation ordinance. 4. Standard Conditions: a. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum. b. Removal of all hazardous trees from the property at the owner's expense. c. Compliance with Policy Resolution 79-80 regarding minimum floor elevations for new structures on sites adjacent to, or containing any open storm water drainage facility. d. No building permits shall be issued until the final plat is filed and recorded with Hennepin County. Resolution 2000-398 (20098) Page 2 e. The Developer shall hold the City and its officers, employees, and agents harmless from claims made by itself and third parties for damages sustained or costs incurred resulting from plat approval and development. The Developer shall indemnify the City and its officers, employees, and agents for all costs, damages, or expenses which the City may pay or incur in consequence of such claims, including attorneys' fees.
