RESOLUTION NO. 2000-395
APPROVING GARBAGE HAULER LICENSE
WHEREAS, applications for a garbage hauler license for Schill's Dumpster Service, Inc., 2876
Innsdale Ave. N, Lake Elmo, has been received; and
WHEREAS, all required fees, annual reports, certificates of insurance, and surety bonds have
been provided.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED that a Garbage Hauler License is hereby
approved for Schill's Dumpster Service for the period August 23, 2000, through March 31, 2001.
Adopted by the City Council on August 22, 2000.
