RESOLUTION NO. 2000-383
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO SIGN THE
CERTIFICATE OF EXEMPTION FORM FOR THE
WETLAND CONSERVATION ACT
PLYMOUTH STORAGE CENTER (20083);
(SE 1/4 NW 1/4 Section 21, T118N, R22W)
WHEREAS, the Plymouth Storage Center Project, proposes to fill two small wetland basins,
and
WHEREAS, the filling of these wetlands is exempt from the Minnesota Wetland
Conservation Act under activities that are less than 2,000 sq. ft. in wetlands type 1, 2 or 6
(De Minimis, 8420.0122. Subp. 9 (3)); and actions by public or private entities that were
taken for a purpose other than creating the wetland (8420.0122. Subp. 5).
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the Mayor is authorized to execute the
Certificate of Exemption Form for the Plymouth Storage Center.
