HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 2000-380CITY OF PLYMOUTH RESOLUTION 2000-380 APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR MARY LEUER TO ALLOW MORE THAN ONE ACCESSORY BUILDING ON PROPERTY LOCATED AT 17435 MEDINA ROAD (20099) WHEREAS, Mary Leuer has requested approval of a conditional use permit to allow a second accessory building on the following described property: That west 230 -feet of north 490 -feet of northwest quadrant of Section 20, Township 118 North, Range 22 west of the fifth principal meridian which lies south of Medina Road WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called Public Hearing and recommends approval. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request by Mary Leuer for a conditional use permit at 17435 Medina Road, subject to the following conditions: 1. This approval is for a conditional use permit for a second accessory structure of 192 - square feet at 17435 Medina Road, in accordance with the plans received by the City on June 23, 2000, except as amended by this resolution. 2. The exterior building finishes shall be consistent with the exterior of the existing home and garage. 3. Standard Conditions: a) The permit is subject to all applicable codes, regulations and ordinances, and violation thereof shall be grounds for revocation. Resolution 2000-380 (20099) Page 2 of 2 b) Any subsequent phases or expansions are subject to required reviews and approvals per ordinance provisions. c) The conditional use permit approval shall expire in one-year from the date of approval, unless the project is substantially completed or an extension is applied for and granted, as regulated under Section 21015.07 of the Zoning Ordinance.
