RESOLUTION 2000-375
APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT AMENDMENT FOR KUKULICA &
ASSOCIATES TO ALLOW THE PLACEMENT OF ANTENNAS AND RELATED
EQUIPMENT ON THE BUILDING LOCATED AT 605 HIGHWAY 169 (20090)
WHEREAS, Kukulica & Associates has requested approval of a conditional use permit to
construct a 12 -foot high antenna support structure on the building located on the
following described property:
Groves Office Park, Second Addition, Lot 1, Block 1
Following adoption of this resolution, it was inadvertently recorded on PID # 36-
118-22-42-0018 (Groves Office Park). Hennepin County Recorders Office will file
this document on the correct legal description of Groves Office Park, Second
Addition, Lot 1, Block 1.
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called Public
Hearing and recommends approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the
request by Kukulica & Associates for a conditional use permit at 605 Highway 169,
subject to the following conditions:
1. This approval is for a conditional use permit for a 12 -foot high antenna support
structure, and related equipment pursuant to the application dated June 9, 2000.
2. The project requires applicable building permits prior to placement of the antenna and
equipment.

3. The applicant shall obtain all necessary local, state, and federal approvals and permits,
and such approvals and permits are not abrogated by the issuance of the conditional
use permit.
4. Standard Conditions:
a) The permit is subject to all applicable codes, regulations and ordinances, and
violation thereof shall be grounds for revocation.
b) Any subsequent phases or expansions are subject to required reviews and
approvals per ordinance provisions.
c) The conditional use permit amendment approval shall expire one year from the
date of approval, unless the project is substantially completed or an extension is
applied for and granted, as regulated under Section 21015.07 of the Zoning
Ordinance.
