RESOLUTION NO. 2010-007
A RESOLUTION CORRECTING AN ERROR IN THE PROPERTY COVERED UNDER
RESOLUTION 86-462 APPROVING A SITE PLAN FOR RYAN CONSTRUCTION FOR
GROVES OFFICE PARK PHASE 1 (86044)
WHEREAS, Resolution 86-462 approved a 14 -story, 250,000 square foot office building in
the northwest quadrant of State Highway 55 and County Road 18 that was eventually
constricted on property addressed as 505 State Highway 169 now described as follows:
Lot 2, Block 1, Groves Office Park Annex, according to the recorded plat thereof,
Hennepin County, Minnesota.
WHEREAS, Resolution 86-462 unintentionally included the property identified in Certificate
of Title No. 824711 and addressed as 10000 Highway 55;
WHEREAS, the property addressed as 10000 Highway 55 is legally described as:
Lot 1, Block 1, Groves Office Park, according to the recorded plat thereof, Hennepin
County, Minnesota.

The registered portion of the land is described as follows: That part of Lot 1, Block 1,
Groves Office Park, embraced within the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter
of Section 36, Township 118, Range 22.
WHEREAS, Resolution 86-462 was recorded with the office of the County Registrar of Titles
Hennepin County, Minnesota as Document No. 1756350 and the County Recorder as
Document No. 5162325.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the City Council amends Resolution 86-462 to
exclude the land identified in Certificate of Title 824711.
