HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 2000-364CITY OF PLYMOUTH RESOLUTION NO. 2000-364 TRAFFIC SIGNAL AGREEMENT HIGHWAY 169 AND PLYMOUTH AVENUE/13TH AVENUE MNDOT, GOLDEN VALLEY, AND PLYMOUTH BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Plymouth enter into an agreement with the State of Minnesota, Department of Transportation and the City of Golden Valley for the following purposes, to wit: To revise the existing traffic control signal with street lights, emergency vehicle pre-emption, interconnect and signing on Mendelssohn Avenue North (Trunk Highway No. 169 East Frontage Roads) at Plymouth Avenue; and revise the existing traffic control signal with street lights, interconnect and signing on Trunk Highway No. 169 West Ramps/West Frontage Roads at 13th Avenue North in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth and contained in Agreement No. 80360R, a copy of which was before the Council. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Manager be and hereby are authorized to execute such agreement and any amendments, and thereby assume for and on behalf of the City all of the contractual obligations contained therein.
