HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 2000-359CITY OF PLYMOUTH RESOLUTION 2000-359 APPROVING INTERIM USE PERMIT FOR JANICE KAY JOBIN FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1870 MAGNOLIA LANE NORTH (20101) WHEREAS, Janice Kay Jobin has requested an interim use permit for property located at 1870 Magnolia Lane, legally described as follows: Lot 1, Block 5, and Outlot A, Park Woods Townhomes, Hennepin County, Minnesota. WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called Public Hearing and recommends approval. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request by Janice Kay Jobin for an interim use permit to allow the excavation and grading on property located at 1870 Magnolia Lane, subject to the following conditions: 1. This interim use permit is to allow excavation and replacement of material under the home and grading, in accordance with the application and plans received by the City on June 23, 2000. 2. The applicant shall complete any additional grading or site work by October 31, 2000. 3. All disturbed and reclaimed areas shall be seeded or sodded. 4. The applicant shall revise the plans to show the location of the silt fence. The applicant must install erosion control fencing around the project area. The fencing shall remain on the site until vegetation is reestablished. 5. The applicant shall revise the plans to identify the location of the crushed rock berm. Resolution 2000-359 (20101) Page 2 of 2 6. The applicant shall provide a drainage map for the drainage calculations. 7. Prior to issuance of building permits, the applicant shall provide a $1,000.00 financial guarantee for erosion control. 8. Prior to issuance of building permits, the applicant shall provide the City with a letter from Park Woods Townhomes Association authorizing the work in Outlot A. 9. The applicant shall obtain the necessary permits to prior to beginning work. The applicant will be required to provide a financial guarantee for the work and a street -sweeping contract. 10. The permit is subject to all applicable codes, regulations and ordinances, and violation thereof shall be grounds for revocation. Adopted by the City Council this 25th day of July, 2000.
