SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO
FILING OF RESOLUTION NO. 2000-350
VACATING PART OF CHESHIRE LANE IN BERTHIAUMES ADDITION
WHEREAS, the City Council has authorized the vacation of part of Cheshire Lane in
Berthiaumes Addition by Resolution No. 2000-350.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That said resolution shall not be filed until:
The owners of the two adjacent lots grant the City a drainage and utility
easement and a trail easement over the vacated right-of-way.
Adopted by the City Council on July 11, 2000.
