SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO
FILING OF RESOLUTION NO'S. 2000-346, 2000-347, & 2000-348
VACATING STREET AND SANITARY SEWER EASEMENTS
SUNSET HILLS SCHOOL PROPERTY
WHEREAS, the City Council has authorized the vacation of street and sanitary sewer
easements, Sunset Hills school property by Resolution No. 2000-346, 2000-347, and 2000-348.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That said resolutions shall not be filed until:
The Wayzata School District grants new easements in recordable form.
Adopted by the City Council on July 11, 2000.
