RESOLUTION NO. 2000-345
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 8
WITH SHINGOBEE BUILDERS
WHEREAS, the City's architect, Delano Erickson, has presented Change Order No. 8 from the
contractor, Shingobee Builders, in the amount of $33,280; and
WHEREAS, the Director of Parks and Recreation has reviewed and recommended approval of
said change order;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLYMOUTH CITY COUNCIL that
Change Order No. 8 in the amount of $33,280 is hereby approved for the Plymouth Creek Center
Proj ect.
Adopted by the City Council on July 11, 2000.
