The proposed rezoning to PUD and CC -RE is consistent with the Comprehensive Plan and other City policies and plans. 2. The proposed development meets the intent of the PUD zoning district by providing an efficient use of land by incorporating a mixture of uses in a neighborhood (townhouses around an existing commercial building). 3. The proposed development meets the intent of the PUD zoning district by creating a neighborhood with both commercial and residential uses, which would not otherwise be possible through strict interpretation of the Zoning Ordinance. 4. The proposed development meets the standards of the CC -RE (City Center, Retail/Entertainment) zoning district. 5. There is adequate infrastructure to support the proposed development and rezoning of the parcel. Adopted by the City Council on this 27th day of June, 2000.
