RESOLUTION NO. 2000-321
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1
2000 SEAL COAT PROGRAM
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 has been prepared to compensate the contractor for extra
quantities to place the seal coat on city streets in the Carlson Center area; and
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 for the 2000 Seal Coat Program, is recommended for
approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That Change Order No. 1 to Bituminous Roadways
Inc for the 2000 Seal Coat Program, by adding $42,565.00 is approved:
Original Contract Amount
THIS CHANGE ORDER NO. 1
REVISED CONTRACT AMOUNT
$207,298.79
- Add 42,565.00
Adopted by the City Council on June 27, 2000.
$249,863.79
