RESOLUTION NO. 2000-320
RECEIVING PRELIMINARY ENGINEERING REPORT
AND ORDERING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
NC-15/NC-16 TRUNK SANITARY SEWER AND WATERMAIN
CITY PROJECT NO. 9914
WHEREAS, the 2000 Capital Improvements Program provides for the extension of trunk
sewer and water facilities; and
WHEREAS, the improvement is necessary to provide trunk sewer and water for future
development within service areas NC-15/NC-16; and
WHEREAS, a preliminary report has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and
Assoc., Inc. outlining the necessary work and estimated cost.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Assoc., Inc.
is designated as the engineer for the improvement. They shall prepare plans and
specifications for the making of such improvement.
Adopted by the City Council on June 27, 2000.
