RESOLUTION 2000-314
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER WITH
LANDMARK RESTAURANT EQUIPMENT
WHEREAS, the staff and caterer at the Plymouth Creek Center have determined that a six burner
range should be exchanged for a convection oven from Landmark Restaurant Equipment; and
WHEREAS, this change order in the amount of $3,079.56 is included in the kitchen equipment
budget;
NOW, THERFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLYMOUTH CITY COUNCIL that Change
Order No. 2 in the amount of $3,079.56 with Landmark Restaurant Equipment is hereby
approved.
Adopted by the City Council on June 27, 2000.
