HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 2000-303CITY OF PLYMOUTH RESOLUTION 2000-303 APPROVING SITE PLAN AND CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH FOR PROPERTY LOCATED EAST OF EAST MEDICINE LAKE BOULEVARD AND NORTH OF 34TH AVENUE (20054) WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has requested approval of a site plan and conditional use permit to allow construction of a lift station and related pump house structure on property located east of East Medicine Lake Boulevard and north of 34th Avenue; and, WHEREAS, the property is legally described as follows: Outlot A, Wood Creek Addition, Hennepin County, Minnesota. WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called Public Hearing and recommends approval. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the site plan and conditional use permit request by the City of Plymouth to allow construction of a lift station and related pump house structure on property located east of East Medicine Lake Boulevard and north of 34th Avenue, subject to the following conditions: 1. The site plan and conditional use permit allows a lift station and related pump house structure, in accordance with the application and plans received by the City on April 14, 2000, except as amended by this resolution. 2. The appropriate building permits must be obtained prior to construction of the structure. 3. The ordinance requires installation of 26 new trees on the site. A landscaping plan must be received and approved by Planning Division staff prior to issuance of the building permit. Resolution 2000-303 (20054) Page 2 4. Standard Conditions: a. The permit is subject to all applicable codes, regulations and ordinances, and violation thereof shall be grounds for revocation. b. Any subsequent phases or expansions are subject to required reviews and approvals per Ordinance provisions. c. This approval shall expire one year after the date of approval, unless the property owner or applicant has commenced the use, or unless the landowner or applicant has received prior approval from the City to extend the expiration date for up to one additional year, as regulated under Section 21015.07 of the Zoning Ordinance.
