HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 2000-296CITY OF PLYMOUTH RESOLUTION NO. 2000-296 ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE VACATION OF PART OF CHESHIRE LANE IN BERTHIAUMES ADDITION WHEREAS, pursuant to M.S.A. 412.851 and the City Charter Section 12.06, Tim and Sue McCulloch and Jeff and Karla Kellen have petitioned the City Council for the vacation of the following part of Cheshire Lane right-of-way in Berthiaume's Addition: The north 136 feet of Cheshire Lane and the south 124 feet of Cheshire Lane as dedicated in the plat of Berthiaume's Addition, according to the recorded plat thereof and situate in Hennepin County, Minnesota AND WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said request and found the same to be in order; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That it should, and hereby does, establish the date of July 11, 2000 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Plymouth City Center, 3400 Plymouth Boulevard, as the time and place for the public hearing of said petition and directs the administrative staff to publish notice of said hearing as provided by law. Adopted by the City Council on June 12, 2000.
