RESOLUTION NO. 2000-295
APPROVING MUNICIPAL WASTE ABATEMENT INCENTIVE FUND
AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, Hennepin County has established a Municipal Waste Abatement Incentive Fund to
provide matching assistance to selected municipal residential waste abatement projects and to
distribute funds to the Cities for development and implementation of waste reduction and recycling
programs; and
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has made application for a residential waste abatement project
grant and has been selected ; and
WHEREAS, the City desires to receive these County funds and to achieve increases in multifamily
recycling rates.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the City enter into the Municipal Waste Abatement
Incentive Fund Agreement with Hennepin County

The undersigned, being the duly qualified and appointed City Clerk of the City of Plymouth,
Minnesota, certifies that I compared the foregoing resolution adopted at a meeting of the Plymouth
City Council on June 12, 2000, with the original thereof on file in my office, and the same is a
correct transcription thereof.
