RESOLUTION NO. 2000-278
APPROVING ENCROACHMENT AGREEMENT FOR DECK CONSTRUCTION AT
17420 49TH Ave. N.
WHEREAS, Tov and Rebekah Rezabek have requested approval to execute an
encroachment agreement; and;
WHEREAS, the property is legally described as:
Lot 10, Block 1 Conor Meadows Plat 3
WHEREAS, the City finds the encroachment agreement to be in the best interest of the
homeowners, subject to the conditions stated therein, and;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the Mayor and Clerk are hereby
authorized to sign, on behalf of the City of Plymouth an encroachment agreement that will
allow construction of a deck of property located at 17420 49th Ave. N.
Adopted by the City Council this 12th day of June, 2000.
