HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 2000-275CITY OF PLYMOUTH RESOLUTION 2000-275 APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR ROBERT ERICKSON TO RELOCATE A GARAGE ONTO PROPERTY LOCATED AT 15140 -9TH AVENUE NORTH (20058) WHEREAS, Robert Erickson has requested a conditional use permit to allow the relocation of a detached two -car garage onto property legally described as follows: Lot 16, Parkers Lakeside Acres, Hennepin County, Minnesota. WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called Public Hearing and recommends approval. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request by Robert Erickson for a conditional use permit, subject to the following conditions: 1. A conditional use permit is approved to relocate a detached two -car garage onto property located at 15140 -9th Avenue North, as shown on the application and plans received on April 19, 2000. 2. The applicant shall obtain all required permits from the Building Division, including but not limited to a demolition permit for the removal of the existing garage and a building permit for the relocated garage. 3. The applicant shall complete installation of the garage including any required repairs identified by the Building Division prior to utilization of the garage. Resolution 2000-275 (20058) Page 2 of 2 4. The relocated garage shall be maintained in a manner compatible with the style and architecture of the existing home on the property. 5. The required work and repairs must be completed within six (6) months of receiving a building permit. 6. Standard Conditions: A. Any subsequent phases or expansions are subject to required reviews and approvals per Ordinance provisions. B. The permit is subject to all applicable codes, regulations and ordinances, and violation thereof shall be grounds for revocation. C. This approval shall expire one year after the date of approval, unless the property owner or applicant has substantially started construction of the project, or unless the landowner or applicant has received prior approval from the City to extend the expiration date for up to one additional year, as regulated under Section 21015.07 of the Zoning Ordinance.
