RESOLUTION 2000-273
APPROVING THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH TRANSFERING ENFORCEMENT OF
MINNESOTA AGENCY RULES 7080 TO HENNEPIN COUNTY (20076)
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has been enforcing the individual sewage treatment systems
rules as set forth in the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency Rules Chapter 7080; and,
WHEREAS, Hennepin County has enacted Hennepin County Ordinance No. 19, adopting
Minnesota Rules Chapter 7080; and,
WHEREAS, Hennepin County is prepared to enforce these rules in the City of Plymouth; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Plymouth finds that Hennepin County Ordinance
No. 19 provides the same protection of public health and welfare.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, hereby transfers the responsibility of enforcing Minnesota
Agency Rules 7080 to Hennepin County effective July 1, 2000.
ADOPTED by the City Council on May 23, 2000.
